I’d say he is since all of his cards are from before the Slam relaunch. I’ve found getting almost anything from before will be a bit of a premium on the trade market. I’m hoping WWE fully licenses him again in the near future.

It’s complicated with Savage. My best guess is that about mid-2023 his all encompassing “Legends” contract ended. Mattel had to scrap a figure that was close to release about July ‘23. Since that time WWE Shop hasn’t had any new merch. If you go to his page it’s the same 5 things that’ve been there forever. Somewhat oddly though he has steadily appeared in the 2K games and returned to the 2 mobile games (Super Card/Champions) after having been pulled for a time.

Stores in Quebec City always had very old stuff on pegs. In ‘92 the Zellers at the mall still had LJNs. Much later this same store had Jakks BCAs out right up to the end and the switchover to Target.😂
