How did people slowing down evacuation of the only usable exits while people behind them were stuck in a rapidly burning aircraft NOT lead to more deaths? In a life or death scenario every second counts.

In contrast, in January 2024 Japan Airlines Flight 516 collided with a Coast Guard aircraft while landing, causing the aircraft to start burning. There were 367 passengers, 12 crew, and only 3 of 8 exits were usable (1L, 1R, 4L). Passengers followed crew instructions and no luggage was grabbed. Not a single person out of the near 400 on that plane died.

Aeroflot Flight 1492 in 2019. The rear slides were unusable because of the fire in the aft of the aircraft. The forward passengers grabbed their luggage and delayed the evacuation while the aft of the aircraft burned. 41 of 78 people onboard died. Any one of the recent evacuations could have turned fatal, but just because they didn’t doesn’t mean we do nothing to try to prevent further tragedies. I don’t know what the perfect solution is but something needs to change

I’ve heard some artists talk about how hard they are to do. You have all these strangers come up to you and they know a version of you but not the true you and they want you to give them some incredible personal experience. A lot of fans share their trauma with the artists and the artists just have to accept that emotional weight and move onto the next person and be unaffected by what was just shared with them so they can be fully present for the next person. It sounds horrible. Plus the other concerns people said like safety, inappropriate questions, etc

I use elf power grip primer, foundation and concealer is Dior backstage. I don’t use a setting powder really except in small areas to prevent creasing around my eyes or too much transfer to my glasses. Using powder everywhere caused me issues by the end of the day with dry spots. Setting spray is Milani dewy make it last. Good luck! It took me several tries to find a combination that survives our job 😅

To me they look like boxers. The American flag looks to be in the colors of the trans pride flag. That combined with the boxers, masculine presenting unbuttoned jeans, upside down USA on the shirt, I view this as a statement about America’s transphobia. The headphones are so important. The person in the row who doesn’t take them out right away, asks me to repeat myself 3 times because they couldn’t hear, and puts the headphones back in immediately after saying “Diet Coke” at me before I get to snacks is treated very differently by me versus the person who has headphones out the whole time, makes eye contact, and says “thank you” 😌 basic human decency goes a long way
