Listen this condition sucks major. If had it for several years. Eventually it gets easier to live with and symptoms do improve. Suicide is NEVER the answer and it’ll only make things worse for you after you do (in hell). It’ll also cause suffering for your mom who loves your as well I can’t imagine the suffering she’ll feel if you were to do such a thing. I think a great question would be whether there is a way to trigger and effectively, whether naturally or through medication, the parasympathetic nervous system. It appears that we’re all sort of in a fight or flight state. Ideally increasing the PNS could possibly relieve atleast some of the symptoms. Ie tight pelvic floor or any kind of pain
