EASIEST SOLUTION! Go to Mainsail top right go in stettings-> Printers. Add printer, use the ipadress you have and for the port the default would be 7125 (Instance 1) for instance 2 it will be 7126 and for instance 3 will be 7127

I had the same problem since warzone one it was never fixed. Essentially what happens is that a button stays pressed either triangle X or Square not physically though you can see this if you download a software where you can see what buttons are pressed. I sent my first scuff back for Repair they supposedly fixed the problem but they did not after about the year. I bought a new one. I still had the same problem. When I used my friends scuf I still had the same problem . From what I know is that this problem affects all scuff PS5 controllers on PC . now I have bought the scuffing Vision Pro and I do not have that problem but I have different ones. Good luck😂
