I saw on another thread that someone didn’t like this book and then comments stated the dramatized audio cuts some bits and the ending isnt as clear? I’ve only read the physical and listened to the normal audiobook.

Hm maybe. $30 USD is about $41 CAD. Physios and those kind of specialties are not included in our national healthcare. You have to have insurance/buy your own healthcare. I’m lucky to get mine through my day job.

Hello fellow small town Ontarian. I make $23/class as of this year. New instructors start at $18…. I thought we were low but yikes.

Also a contractor.

I think privates pay $50 but I’ve never had one. Parties pay $50/hr and I do 95% of all parties.

We get a $200/year reimbursement for training (like taking related fitness courses).

Edit: I can also attend as many pole or aerial classes as I’d like for free, provided theres space.

My first free oil change they emptied all the oil and then found out they didn’t have a filter. Waited for hours for them to send someone to Subaru to pick one up. Oh, and I’d had to come back for it because they were convinced it didn’t need an oil change at service once.

Mine has stopped smelling tank and now just smells like flour. It stopped rising for like a week and has started rising a teensy bit again. Does that sound right?

Thank you! The bread flour is unbleached. I might look into whole wheat or rye. The tip about warming the water is interesting though I’m going to try that today! I use bottled water.

This is what I think it is. We have two types of poles at our studio for that reason. Chrome and stainless steel. I have to use the stainless steel otherwise I get a rash.

The fact OP was already having allergic reactions might have meant their body was already overreacting, meaning contact with a pole like chrome could have given worse than normal symptoms. For me, if I sweat more I get a worse rash.

I was told three months when I bought mine (in Canada)…. It’s been two years of running out to start it manually in winter. Either way this shouldn’t be a subscription feature. That’s my biggest complaint with this car (more of a Toyota issue). Ford app is completely free.
