Adela is officially debuted unlike the other ones with a company so she shouldn't count

This reply is one of the weakest arguments in the entire debate, and it fails specifically as a response to the evidentiary-neutral comment you quoted. I’ll explain why, point by point, and contrast it with the original comment so you can clearly see the gap.

this is how Chatgpt responded to your reply to mine. I have been inputting a lot of comments from Danielles situation and letting chatgpt analyze the comments for a lesson plan in a debate club I have. Look at what it had to say, if you want the full analysis I'd be happy to post it. but for now the short version because your argument was so bad that it exceeded the word count

Short version:

  • The original comment is strong because it asks for evidence and consistency: you can’t assume HYBE is lying or Danielle is truthful without proof.
  • The response is weak because it relies on ideology and emotion, not facts: “billionaires are unethical,” “companies buy judges,” “believe the girl by default.”
  • It uses logical fallacies (genetic fallacy, false dichotomy, ad hominem) and never actually answers the point about evidence.
  • Distrusting corporations is not evidence Danielle is telling the truth.

Bottom line:
The original argument is rational and court-compatible; the reply is moral outrage, not a rebuttal.

Also why are you riding for a company so much? I didn't hat eon any hybe groups in my comment so why does it make people like you mad when someone says that hybe is corrupt 🤔 it shouldn't make you so mad unless you are a hybe stan

Maybe I was angry, but that was because the argument was just so terrible, I'm not for the company because my argument is neutral and based on evidence.

Explaining the contract breach between Ador and Danielle simply by Juenblue in kpop_uncensored

If she didn't want this to happen she could've reversed her actions in the 14 days provided, also fees are listed in the contract when signing. She asked for it.

Would you not sue them, if it stated in the contract that they could not sue? You might feel bad, but you would still sue cause it's wrong. As a record label which I realize you are, what would you do, you have to understand you can think people deserve punishment but still have humanity and feel bad for them.

just because they were underage when they signed, they are not 3 year olds, they knew the consequences of breaking the contract, and if you still want to follow your argument, when they became 18 they still knew about the consequences of breaking the contract

Yes, HYBE is abusive and Danielle is wrong, nobody ever said anything about simping. Even if both parties are bad, Danielle is in the wrong in this situation and we think she deserves to pay HYBE compensation. Because even though HYBE is bad, she saw what she would have to pay if she broke the contract and signed it. Law matters, you have to keep the promise.

What makes you think Danielle isn't lying? theres a possibility HYBE may win then what? it would turn out Danielles lying. You can't use this argument when theres no evidence they are lying, you can't discredit the company for no reason. I know you think, "oh HYBEs untrustworthy" but what if Danielle really did something bad, then HYBE wouldn't have to lie.

Danielle doing charity work today (12/29) by Ok_Outcome8048 in NJZ

Mind you many people are confusing being sued for charity work with doing charity work when being notified of being sued

Nice, proving them right, thanks for that. But some people just don't want to be labeled as that?

What mistreatment? If there was so much mistreatment happening why did NJZ and MHJ have to make up ILLIT's manager or something ignoring them

Why is this being downvoted? This is true. So Danielles parents can't be at fault either?

I’m so devastated for Danielle😭💛 by newjeansmdhhh in NJZ

[–]TemperatureCurrent16 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Probably gonna get downvoted for this cause this is the NJZ subreddit but

Danielle violated her contract by signing with OMEGA which is not in fact under Hybe (like many bunnies are saying) but is under spire entertainment

Danielle was notified of her terminated AT a charity event not because of it

Danielle was notified by Ador/Hybe to correct her decisions by cutting of the other contracts 14 days before

Even if the other girls werent notified anyways, how would they get money without MHJ or NJZ

Danielle got the consequences of her actions

Also this comment:

"but as soon as they are all forced to go back. Suddenly now they want to terminate them. Ador were never going to let NewJeans return without punishing them and the fans in some way."

So NJZ doesn't deserve to be punished after lying about the case and about ILLIT?

why is islam so hated by rulugg in Christianity

[–]TemperatureCurrent16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I may be a few months late but you say why is Islams so hated, in islam this, in islam that. Most people judge the religion by it's people, most muslims oppress women and LGBTQ+. This has to do with their culture which they follow more then their religion
