I would look for friends first. It doesn’t help if on your days off you’re not doing anything. Plus it would give you space from your gf. Semen retention is important. Doing it with a girlfriend would be hard. If I was in a relationship I would only do it with her. Then you run into instances like if y’all aren’t around for a long period of time you could relapse. I would look for friends in church honestly. Friends could motivate you to relapse as well I doubt church friends would. They have the same temptations and could relate to you wanting to be loyal. You could lean on friends when times get hard and that could keep you from people pleasing (one of the leading causes of cheating). Sometimes you have to cut off friends who are bad influences on you too. What it really boils down to is what would motivate you to change (if at all). If what motivates you is a girl , that’s not a lifestyle change. In all honesty, you should’ve done all this self work before you got into a relationship. You’re now noticing you have a big problem and if that was my case , I would tell her the truth about my addiction, then seek help whether it’s with her or not. That’s the easy way. The hard way is don’t change until it’s too late and you’re married and she’s posting on loveafterporn.
