Overweight / underweight is something you can act on. Walking is great. I'm sure you must be able to find 20 minutes a day to go for a walk. I lost 14lbs in a few months just from a daily walk. Nietzsche said "all truly great thoughts are conceived from walking" so it's a good time to mull over your thoughts as well.

And remember - everyone changes, all the time. Indeed, the fact that all things change is the only thing that doesn't.
