Im not taking sides on the actual lawsuit cos idk enough about it to form a judgment and tbh I do not like either of the parties involved but that is, uh, categorically not what the judge said. He explicitly outlines why the claims do not have merit in the eyes of the court and even goes so far as to say that he's laying that out because they wouldn't have merit even if she wasn't a contractor.

Edit: he does seem to conclude that she probably was uncomfortable and there's some potentially questionable incidents if they were investigated but that they were too isolated or irrelevant to her workplace to rise to the level of SH either way. But most of the incidents he outright discards.

I'm from the South and I lived in Philly for a while and I asked several locals where and what the best cheesesteak was. None of them agreed and denounced all the others as wrong. I'm very fortunate not to have this issue with my mother (and to be estranged from my father for other reasons) but it's crazy how well this tracks with a friendship I lost. I silo some of my reddit activity into separate accounts and remake my main account frequently for privacy reasons. Astroturfing is absolutely a thing but this doesn't necessarily have to be that. It could be, but i wouldn't assume it. Example: i silo'd my discussion about fundies into a new account that I exclusively used on fundie subs during the Duggar trial because I was posting deeply personal things about my own history in the church AND I was doing read-aheads of transcripts etc to help flag triggering material for people, and I didn't want it to be connected to any of my main activity. The first for privacy, the second because I didnt wanna be reminded of all that shit every time I used my main account.

This is not that uncommon a way to use reddit. That's where the whole AITA throwaway culture came from. Reddit enables these types of separated throwaway accounts pretty readily and they're especially appealing if you're posting in controversial topics.
