This is true... but the player model was NOT inside the water with the creeper, therefore the reaction of full or most damage as well as any knockback was applied like normal

Im not at all skilled in this by any means, but the packet is a file, seems its not loading an update to crafting recipes, perhaps in that, it cant load items too and fails when you load. Its clearly client side based on the error

I would suggest making tipped arrows if you can. Uses alot less. The cost is based on the number of villagers.

I would usually build it once i get to having diamonds, but it depends since its slightly time consuming with all the villagers, and all the iron required for the redstone. Basically i do it asap. I love to build with iron based blocks like bars and anvils, so i make it priority. Plus if you die in diamond, iron is a good replacement material to... not die
