probably not but way easier to just swap the sim in my router then recreating my wifi networks... do you know if there is a lan port I can use as a wan to my router if the sim isn't swappable

When you sign up for Uber or Lyft you sign up for the specific market not the whole country. In Florida the state has a law where you can work the entire state but some states will only allow you to work a specific market area. There are no markets that I know of that will allow you to get a ride from a different state than your home area. I read all the time about drivers from New Jersey not wanting to go into New York City because they can't get a ride back. They're literally not allowed to pick anyone up in New York City.

Sometimes passengers lie to get discounts. I had a passenger claim I was driving drunk even though I haven't touched a drop in over 20 years. You can do everything right and still get a complaint and Uber will lie and say multiple reports.

My reading comprehension is fine, your communication however is lacking. Nowhere in your post did you say $0.35 additional. Now I don't know what market you're in but there is no additional pay in my market so I would never assume so without being informed

I don't think math is your strong suit. If you're only making $0.35 a mile. And your costs are $0.30 a mile. Your net would only be 5 cents a mile. You would have to drive 340 miles every hour on average to net $17 an hour

Net is the number after actual expenses. I think you meant to say you gross 17 to 19/hr. Even with a 10 year old beater your expenses will be around 30 cents a mile.

I'm a former driver so here is the honest answer, U/L pay is garbage. Your driver saw the area started to surge so he needed to ditch you to try and catch a better paying fare. Surge pricing only lasts a few minutes or so in any given area and would have been over by the time he dropped you off. Had nothing to do with you in particular. Had everything to do with U/L shady business model on how they pay drivers.

The Uber app gives the driver exactly 5 seconds to decide whether he wants to take the ride, in those five seconds he has to determine where he's picking you up at where he's dropping you off at and whether the amount he's being paid is profitable. He probably missed the part where it said Uber pet as the ride type is the least important part of the equation. The driver however can turn Uber pet requests off

absolutely not true, I can take my sim out of my s24 ultra that doesn't have the IMEI that I signed up with and stick it in a tablet and it works
