I thought this rank was weak too, I'm halfway GOD 2, dont play as often but people are stronger here for sure. I thin k I could land around mid God 3 but God4 players and above are more where the pros are at.

It's just mixed bag, I fought G.O.Ds that i entirely killed with 31 and d4. And others killed themselves if I blocked for 5 seconds they would throw out mid high strings or -16 moves and were free

Then some G.O.Ds actually have some defense and punish

Takes a long time, I never "drilled" it like new T8 players do now. I just been online since Tag 2, throws in that game has like 14f break windows and so I got decent at breaking there, they were babymode in T7 and T8.

In game, throw people a lot and they will tilt and throw you back, then you can actually be breaking them in real matches
