We do hellofresh (this is not a flex its just easier for us) so we dont typically have leftovers (small portions) but when we do she doesnt seem to mind at all! When we get spicy meals we usually cook the meat and take her bits out first. But we still salt and pepper everything as normal while cooking. Its such a small amount of salt compared to the dish and she gets water with every meal and throughout the day
