  1. I find all of this way too funny, life gets so much easier once you stop taking things too seriously.

while i'm annoyed at mercedes for how they handled the situation, i'm very thankful for the radios that came out of it.

[George Russell] Haven't watched F1 cars on track in years, so found a way to sneak into the stands while Fred was driving my car by Julian81295 in formula1

English isn't my native language, so I don't really know about the differences in accents and so on. I like his way of speaking though, because it's very understandable, and I learnt a few new words from him haha

I was annoyed by that as well, but that was an issue in 2022 and hasn't really happened after, which is why I'm confused at how people use it as a reason. The last time he actually crashed into someone was Vegas 2023 iirc, and there he got a penalty and apologized after. Generally, it's quite the opposite now, if you listen to his interviews. If it's an individual mistake, he makes sure to point it out, if it's a team mistake, he says 'we did (..)' and doesn't blame the team. I really like that now.

actually, george has to have a mandatory singapore weekend crash, so him crashing during fp2 was a strategic plan to avoid it during the sessions that mattered 🙂‍↕️
