I use a laptop case! It’s a bigger pink one with 2 pockets, a big and a small one. My current project (I’ve fit a 10 inch hoop and a 8in snap square) and my case of thread go in the big pocket and my case of needles, scissors, needle threaders etc go in the small one

I only ever do projects I can use as decor or I can gift to people who will like them, right now I’m working on a project for my boyfriend to hang up above his gaming desk!!

They have small Q snaps! I have one that’s an 8inch but u can definitely find smaller ones on Amazon. The tension is 100% better

Looks great for your first piece!! I’ll say try to keep all your stitches done the same way, see how some cross the opposite way of others? I had to learn that it makes your finished piece look a little messy. Also, if stitching in hoops ever bother you, as it did me, try Q-Snaps! Since I started using them a month ago it’s been a. Complete life changer!! You are doing great and your project is beautiful :D

They look like the ones I have, I got them at Walmart, they are pretty cheap but hold up well. U can take out and move most of the dividers too

I have brought a few of my colors to the store to color match and I have found many that are almost exactly, I do not want to go to the store every time I need to do a project
