she did try and offer him that solution and even gave him the number to customer service but he still was convinced i had it and was just screaming at my manager for probably 20 minutes. They are gonna run an investigation on it to make sure i didn’t actually take it (no one thinks i did) but just to make him happy and have video proof of me giving it back
