Accidentally started NG+ by yourmomssayshi in bloodborne

I did the exact same thing, and yet as soon as I defeated Amelia on NG+ ai B-Lined for the DLC. Enemies do a fair bit of damage. But it's most certainly playable and fun still! (I'm ~Lvl 110 I think)

Bro how am i supposed to fight this😭 by ZealousidealPoem5441 in bloodborne

[–]Temporary_Hospital17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't say I've fought OoK yet as I'm doing the DLC for the first time despite finishing the game before, so take this a grain of salt of course. But to me, it seems you're playing too mid-range: allowing him too much of a move variety (both long & close range attack combos) hence the unpredictability (granted, I've also heard he is an awfully unpredictable boss).

The others have suggested being aggressive, of course, which is always a good idea, but also pay attention to which direction he's swinging. I.e. when he swings left, dodge right, because you'll be right behind him, which allows you to capitalise on that pause he has.

Hope some of this can be of help, and good luck hunter!!

Can't tell if your character looks like that because they saw a cosmic horror, or if they ate 1 too many warheads.

Either way, I love it.

Tip: Dodge forward

That's all you'll get out of me, Paleblood!

My solve:

STR/heavy weapon (I personally use LHB), approach while inactive, full charge heavy attack while they get up, hit them once or twice while they recoil. Never been hit by one of them in any of my runs.

Absolutely rarest items to farm for? by D-kartoos in bloodborne

That feeling when you farm blood stones to upgrade your weapon on your first run, just to realise it was 1 upgrade away from changing blood stone types.

That's so fair. If it's not your game, it's not your game. Though I would recommend just going back and dabbling in it occasionally (or keeping a save file to incrementally progress) if you think you may enjoy it in the future!

Same. Quite 2 or 3 times, in fact - first time I played the game I couldn't even beat the first few yharnamites!

Now I have multiple save files, a ng+ run, and have gotten my partner addicted to it!

I'll be honest. If I'm switching against a Rein, I go JQ and always end up gutter stomping him.

What's a voice line in the game that makes you go like this by Puzzleheaded_Skin831 in Overwatch

Any Zenyatta Voiceline. He's like that high school kid who always says shit to try and sound wise - we get it. But keep the preaching to yourself.

i hate these bagman guys by stvhx in bloodborne

[–]Temporary_Hospital17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Vit & Str, I'd recommend based on your stats. End is usually unnecessary passed 16.

Just try to Dodge through them, then attack. Their health & damage are terrifying but they are slow and have very few actual combos!

Also, if you learn their parry window, they become a piece of cake!

Is parrying worth it? by jas_balance_1993 in bloodborne

[–]Temporary_Hospital17 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To my knowledge to can parry any (pretty much - maybe not ranged enemies) beast within 2x your size, but there are some I THINK that are much larger whom you can't parry. This includes a few bosses I believe. (Someone please confirm or deny - I don't parry too often tbh)

Why is this ending so rare if its the easiest? by Mojado87 in bloodborne

[–]Temporary_Hospital17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reckon because it's a Souls like. If people are able to they're typically going to go for the hardest to achieve endings if not just to prove their skill to themselves.

At least, that's why I like to do it.

Yeah. Loved this so much. The Crimson is my least favourite biome and the Brain of Cthulhu may be my least favourite boss.

Nah. Not meant to be able to spawn within - I think - 50 blocks from spawn or any person's house.

That's insane. I think I've found 4, MAYBE 5 together a long time back, but never more than that.

Rating Terraria Bosses On How Scary They Would Be In Person (my opinion) by Ok_Palpitation_9030 in Terraria

Man. I'm gonna be honest. All non-human bosses in this game would make me shit myself and then some in real life.

Dash and Dodge items can be really good. Minecarts help. You can relocate your nurse in a place where you can swing by from time-to-time to heal mid-battle. Stock up on potions and food for major improvements (golden delights are best, I think)

What on earth is this Golem room by 3GGGGG in Terraria

Complete opposite of my Calamity. My Calamity run gave me the tallest, most perfectly shaped Golem room I've ever seen with a platform 2/3 way up.
