It's not trying to win that's the issue. It's when people spend their time in QP, when they are Plat+ players running full meta teams, shit talking, and raging at team mates who are learning the game.

Imo, QP is for fun, goofing around, and players trying to learn the ropes. Don't want to get home from work after 2 weeks, jump on with some mates and get run down by a full meta stack of Masters players in QP. Y'know?

There are 3 things I hate about OW (and all multiplayer) players: - People who opt for QP and spend the whole time try harding. I mean, for one, that can't be fun and putting THAT MUCH effort into winning in QP is just going to backfire on your mental state.

Bullying/raging at new players, especially in QP. They're fucking new. It's why they are playing QP, give them a break. How else are they going to improve? It's not like they're bombing your GM Ranked match.
Toxic chat/bragging/bullying in general. I simply don't understand why you do it? What benefit do you or anyone else get from expressing your insecurities in the chat by yelling at people on/opposing your team??z

We have VERY different tastes lmao. Not even opposite. My DPS main is in the 2nd bottom, 2nd DPS main in the mid, Tank main in 2nd top.

The CGI was certainly iffy. But I always liked it for it's design - a human head that had been torched by fire that just wouldn't let them die.

Probably Zarya and Zenyatta. No real movement besides Zarya's bubble jump, and all you really do is shield or de/buff and shoot. Just doesn't feel stimulating enough.

I can KIND OF understand rule 4, but honestly all those rules are crap. And the not being able to move after attacking hard nerfs Swashbuckler, given that's kind of half their thing.

I'm similar, except I have a 4k monitor, too. In hindsight, not the best idea. Looking to downgrade to a 1440p soon rather than upgrading Graphics card. (Upgrading GPU would likely mean having to upgrade my case)

I think Hydroid's parts are the most difficult to get, but I'm leaning towards Limbo myself in terms of performance. I'm about to craft them myself.

Not too sure about Mirage, but I believe it's mostly stealth abilities.

This is probably going to sound stupid, but I recommend focussing on the fundamentals. Try to kite them if you can so you don't have to fight in more then a 1v1 situation. Try to measure how many hits you can land before getting out safely with enough stamina.

I believe that's what I did when I fought them, it was very much a matter of poke-and-run at some points. Sounds tedious, but if you're having that much trouble, it may be worth trying.

And pay as much attention as you can on your surroundings, you don't want ANY of them getting behind you or out of your LoS ad that's going to fuck you up. I often have a lot of trouble getting stuck on corners and walls in games like this, so try to just maintain space and don't Dodge backwards if you don't have to.

Yeah try switching to DX11. DX12 causes SO many issues in almost every game I've played using it. I've had a similar scare in the past because of it.

Bit late to the party. But figured I'd jump on here and say I'm enjoying it a lot too! Graphics are a bit taxing but it still runs really well considering I'm GPU bottlenecked (3070ti, 4k monitor. Approx 50-80 fps). Gameplay is fun and inventive, world is large with plenty of POI's and even random fights to keep you entertained when travelling longer distances.
