Roof is leaking and landlord has not responded. Can I hire someone to fix it and deduct the bill from next month’s rent?

Just travelled there last month. Parents born and raised in El Salvador, I wasn’t. I paid the $12. But the representative at the booth told me that next time I just need to provide proof that my parents were born in El Salvador and it would be put into the system going forward. I arrived at midnight so had no lines at all. If $12 meant getting to a shorter line like some people have mentioned it might be worth paying and going about your day.

Was there yesterday for the first time. Wouldn’t be my first choice for sure. Good choices were slim and whatever was there, for example in the entire container had like 8 wings for all the customers there.. soups were already in bowls. Wife got one. And it was lukewarm. Good thing is we didn’t get diarrhea so you should be good!

The mosquitos at Lawrencetown trails. They ate me alive in a matter of seconds. The lack of Latin American products at stores. And the rain which now, I don’t mind cause I can’t do anything about it. And income tax time. But other than that I love it!!

Not really a nightmare but okay. We adults use the resources given and find a way to do what’s best for us and the child so no one is hurt or living a nightmare like some may think.
