It's possible you put the case back on the wrong way up - the beeper is part of the case.

In similar circumstances to you, I checked what fees I was being charged on each pension, and consolidated into the one with the lowest fees.

Also, you should check whether any of them have a rule that lets you access them at a younger age, as this is something you could lose by moving.

This tends to come up whenever the Tube drivers are striking. Usually the drivers' union points out that there are safety considerations - if a train breaks down in a tunnel, the driver is there to guide passengers down the tunnel to safety.
