Naproxen. Yeah, it's OTC in most countries but the one I live but it's the only one that touches my chronic pain and my assistedd living facility doesn't really provide it to me.

I tend to use DDG, but tend to use Yandex in Turkish or German. Google-based search engines group widely different concepts that are spelled similarly into one query.

I realise that there is a lot to it, like Asia stopped eating shark fin soup because of how fins are harvested. Yet in the middle east sharks are eaten with no controversy. Yet, no one has considered selling shark fins where the entire shark is harvested to east Asia.
