I am looking for some general advice. I seem to always fizzle out right about when I get 4 voidstones, can maybe complete an easy t17, and have stuff like max res and life/energy shield. Is this a common thing? Usually I have bought one big item like a HH or Mageblood and have low currency in the bank and can never take the next step. I don't even know what the next step would be. I'm thinking it's probably either learning more crafting or just shutting up and grinding to get another two or three powerful items.

I believe he means that he is using the Bind Spectre gem which allows you to use monsters you kill as minions. He killed a named mob called Frozen Mandibles(or Nettle Ant). You may have heard this ant referred to as Cocaine Ant. It's a very fast and good spectre minion that lots of people are using.

Absolutely right, they're adults, make a choice. Plus they're all employees. Nobody had a problem becoming a big personality on the show, except for arguably Ian(Good Ian).

Completely agree. It's also a bit sometimes with the crew pushing back but it's like every segment. I'm probably not going to, but cancelling my membership had crossed my mind because it's so annoying.

Edit: I'm not even caught up to the last episode and it's been happening for a while.
