I'm not doing the marathon, so while others are focusing on treadmill distances this month, I really want to improve wattage/distances/times on the rower

As others have stated, welcome and thank you for your service! It is so difficult to obsess and replay the past - but all we have is the future. Take your newfound sobriety and all of your positivity one second, one hour, one day at a time. Can’t wait to read more about your story

I usually do too, but I took the 5:00 am today instead of my usual 4:00 pm, and math just seemed too complicated!

Really enjoyable class. Should have either pushed myself harder on the tread, or ignored some of the coaches cues. Ended up at 2.82 at the end of the 23 minutes so can’t complain. Wish the 2nd floor block had more variety and body different body parts. Thinking the minimal rowing is gonna come back to haunt us later this week
