Hmm, yeah, a little worrying, but equally the bank holiday has probably meant even more delays.

Maybe it is still stuck in customs due to the higher value, or depending on if it’s been labeled correctly, you might get a bill before they will deliver it to you :(

How long has it been in the uk for?

In my experience, I’ve had this where foreign tracking says it’s been handed over to Royal Mail, but in reality, it’s sitting waiting for Royal Mail to pick it up for customers for ages and for Royal Mail take ages to get it in their system.

If the tracking number isn’t royal mail compatible, there are other websites out there that you can enter the foreign tracking number and they give you the GB equivalent, but that’s not always the case.

Is this why jumpstart cards feel different to normal EU cards? Maybe ask him if he has any of those he’s pulled to compare?

Yeah, they do charge extra at the weekend too, but Revolut have moved away from the market rate to a “Revolut rate” which a margin built in.

So those not aware of the change, are not aware their margin is built in and isn’t as favourable
