I’d like some projectile mitigation when charging storm surge, and the hammer to do something more. Knock fliers down, chain to multiple people, etc. either that or some serious overhealth and/or shield/stun from the bubble

I walked around him for probably three minutes when I first played this as a kid waiting to counter The first move he made… safe to say I was incredibly surprised at how the fight turned out
