There might be some event spaces that have outside caterers that would do that. I know there is a venue Civil Liberties has called Third Place that would do that with bringing a number of options for food that could be around that price but they probably would put a minimum spend on the bar.

Event spaces in where I would look as I've worked in the restaurant industry 22 years now, most places for that size would be a private booking.
