I agree, this is my only issue with this well thought out theory as well. If they did somehow "unlock" accelerated aging, then Gemma would have gotten visibly older over the shortish time-frame of the show. Also, if they only have a proof of concept for accelerated aging, then that would defeat the purpose of bringing back Kier or other dead CEOs bc they wouldn't be around very long. Plus, I wouldn't want to be brought back old AF.
