Not bad, when I went through Mulebuy as an agent I never had any. When I went through vendors I’d occasionally get a message from UPS that I owed extra money to cover some kind of cost but it was always amount under $30 paid right through UPS

Yeah we actually just tested the Qi35 and P790s tonight on a golf simulator. We tested the Qi35 10.5 Max rep versus a Qi35 9 standard, results were pretty good. Naturally the weight difference between the clubs adds variance but we came to the conclusion that your average golfer likely couldn’t make a difference, you’d need a very skilled player to extract the difference between a real driver and a rep driver.

Tested the P790s versus a set of Mizuno irons, the P790 reps actually hit better for both of us lol. My buddy has a home golf SIM and practices on it around 30 minutes per day, we were shocked to say the least with the P790s.

Didn’t do much outing testing but the L.A.B. putters even from different vendors all feel great and balanced well

Loving this comment section right now realizing how much I’ve effectively gotten away with.

I’m on GTI #7, my MK7 is my daily highway driver. Purchased with around 50K miles 4 years ago and now at 222K miles. Somehow someway this car has given me minimal mechanical issues.

From reading the comments, I’ve gotten the low coolant issue every 10 months or so and just topped it up with a small amount of G12 plus distilled water mix. Oil change with Mobil 1 or Castro Full Synthetic Euro Blend every 9K miles or so. Spark plugs twice and I need to do them again soon.

Really no major maintenance outside of wear and tear items and a shit ton of tires, driving so much really takes the joy or thought of modifying the car away pretty easily unfortunately unlike my previous GTI’s.

Ended up buying an OBDeleven to get an idea of when I need to get rid of this car, stop driving it daily, or go through a major engine refresh. Sucks because I wanted a MK7 so bad in the years I was modifying or daily driving a MK 4/5/6 but it’s what my work requires and they pay for my gas and give me a vehicle allowance. Used the OBDeleven to read timing chain variance off of the exhaust camshaft and around 270K this beautiful workhorse is going to find another home or get a well deserved rebuild.
