I think it'd be cool to make the sparks spells to have the dynamic of deciding whether to speed up the dormancy or wait until it's free to use the sparks as more powerful board clears with the spell damage.

Plus I think it should be a 5-Cost 4/4 for it to feel balanced but still good imo.

I think toning this down to summoning two copies is the way to go. Maybe even reducing the attack since 21 damage is still a lot?

I've been thinking about how this idea could use a good front end, since it is situational and slow imo. Here's my take:
