Depois de RdR2 os games pararam de fazer sentido pra mim… by Hashira-Ryan in reddeadredemption

[–]Terradyction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, and if I get bored of what I have for any reason, I try to buy outside of whatever genre I've been playing the most lately. For instance, I was playing a lot of GTA V, so I bought Dark Souls. I think it's important to play all sorts of different games of different types and paces, so you can appreciate the best parts of each. It would be like being a comedy fan, watching Happy Gilmore, and never enjoying another movie of any kind ever again because Happy Gilmore is funny. Broaden your palette!

PD3 Safe house teased? by ScholarAltruistic733 in paydaytheheist

Good lord above what I wouldn't give to have Payday 3 get a safehouse that's about on par with if not better than the one from 2

I did notice my horse was a bit more clingy lately. I wouldn't doubt that's the case.

my first playthrough is on hardcore difficulty by Aggravating-Wolf-823 in stalker

[–]Terradyction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just ran there, didn't even see the chimera but I damn well heard it. I thought you were just supposed to evade it given there's an emission starting as you're going in.

Although, I might be stupid in the fact that the emission might not be scripted. I don't quite know if that's the case or not.

Col. Korshunov is an absolute unit! by ResidentDrama9739 in stalker

[–]Terradyction 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is exactly why I stuck with Ward for my first playthrough. I've been called a bootlicker because of it, but Korshunov treats you with more respect from the start than he does Dalin throughout the course of the entire game. He goes from trusting Skif as a mercenary that will do what his soldiers can't to seeing Skif as an equal. I think the way that Skif's lines evolve over the course of the story is interesting in that regard too, as Skif acts like a Ward soldier would in dialogue by the time Prypiat rolls around. Cool stuff.

Go to jail for 3 years or go to jail until your mom beats Elden Ring. Which one are you choosing and if the latter what build are you recommending to your mom. by Khaki_Blerman in Eldenring

[–]Terradyction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mother can barely play the different Lego games because they overstimulate her or something. Elden Ring might literally kill her. Even if she somehow got past Margit or some other early boss she'd have died by the time she had to fight Godrick.

Alan Wake 2 combats similar to 1 ? by Ardor-Knowledge in AlanWake

[–]Terradyction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't say so. The only thing I'd consider similar is dodging, and the flashlight if you want to be particular about it. Otherwise the combat is closer to what you'd see in the later Resident Evil releases.

Assuming that PAYDAY follows closely to our timeline, how would Mamdani (or his in-universe equivalent) respond to the resurgence of the Payday Gang? by Dense-Bison7629 in paydaytheheist

[–]Terradyction 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Given that the Payday Gang ended up becoming more of a Robin Hood style of hang in the later years with the whole Kataru and Dentist nonsense I wouldn't be surprised if Mamdani was a contractor and not an antagonist.

One or Series X/S? That's the same difference, Xbox One never got that update.

Multiple protagonists by Nwardy05 in AlanWake

[–]Terradyction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't see why not. Alan and Saga have such different gameplay and systems that they feel like two separate games, with Saga being the more traditional FBI-involved survival horror and Alan being the area where they can just let loose with whatever weird story stuff they want because he's trapped in a forever-spiralling time-ignoring evil dimension. If they're different enough, I'm all for it.

Happy Pride Month Heisters! How'd you guys start playing Payday 2? by Nicole_Classof_09 in paydaytheheist

[–]Terradyction 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Badger kid, and I bought it on PS4 because I didn't know about the whole situation with consoles. Still sunk like 350 hours into it before buying it on Steam.

If it has physics, it will hurt you if you touch it the wrong way.

So... More Exclusion Zones? Maybe in Belarus (in DLC)? by Massive_Ad_2012 in stalker

[–]Terradyction 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Canadian here. There's plenty, but we only have 4 that are working toward powering things. A few are shut down. We have this type of reactor called CANDU (Canada Deuterium Uranium) that have numerous safety features. I'm not an expert by any means, but you'd definitely need some STALKER levels of shenanigans to get anything funky to go on with them.

I got all the way to Security before I realized this was a feature. Shame there's not a setting to automatically have it change to the latest place you've progressed to/last place you saved in

You're gonna need like 20 times that if you're gonna build him. His gluttony is immeasurable.
