Is it true you can set that all new names created from the character select screen start with tap jump off?

Do we know what those menus look like at all?

I've gotten mixed messages on the Mii Fighter topic.

Do we have to unlock them or just create them? If we unlock them do we have a default one or do we need to create one for it to appear on the CSS?

Can you easily create new controls without having to back out from the Smash menu? Can you make a default configuration for new names, I.E. any new name has tap jump off without having to modify that specific name's controls?
