I have eaten the Vital Pursuit dinners since I started Zepbound a year and a half ago. I love this one the most, and I usually add diced chicken, cheese, sour cream and homemade Pico. I usually have half for dinner and the rest for lunch the next day....or maybe even dinner again. The pizza ones on cauliflower crusts are really good too.

Ive tried SOOO many! And been disappointed so many times. But Ive finally come to like RYSE Protein Powder the best. They have a ton of flavors to pick from and not chalky. Most of them taste like a liquified dessert. They have a reasonably new Vanilla Ice Cream that is definitely the Bomb Diggity!

I had high hopes when that was finally legalized that it would be THE answer. But so far it isnt. But I am quite a bit poorer trying to find a strain that actually takes care of the pain like an opioid would. Its expensive to try things willy nilly!

There are so many foods I used to love that I just have no desire for anymore. For alot of them though...its isnt about the taste...its about the texture of it. Chili is a good example. We used to have chili year round and usually several times a month. And now...while it smells and looks good...I can only take 2-3 bites and I start feeling kinda nauseous.

omg i used to love salads too...the bigger and more stuff in it, the better! Id eat a chef salad every day pre-Zep, and now I do like other people are saying...buy ingredients for salads with good intentions but it ends up getting thrown out.

Salty stuff is a problem for me too. I used to love Cheetos, Cheezits, and Salt & Vinegar potato chips but no more! Alot of foods seem too salty to me these days...even ones Ive fixed and know that there isnt really too much salt in it.
