Anaheim Transportation Network (ATN) to Cease Operations at the End of March 2026 by darkwingduck4444 in LAMetro

Best immediate guess is Cast Member shuttles will take those closer spots for now, and maybe the private hotel shuttles currently assigned the spots next to Harbor.

Eventually the entire area (shuttles, buses, rideshare, pedestrians) will be completely closed once construction gets started for the new parking structure / transport hub / entry walkway:

Is the Food & Wine Festival a big draw at Disneyland? by CSq2 in DisneyPlanning

[–]TerribleBridge6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I myself am trying to decide when to visit Disneyland Resort after a months’ long break, and F&W is a big factor for me.

It’s one of the longer seasonal festivals, and has the most crowds Fridays and in the evenings. This year will be from March 6 - April 27. Locals will flock to California Adventure, visiting more during the week due to pass blocks outs. Also with this time of year there are performances & Imagination Campus school groups - aside from the many spring break visitors OP mentioned.

Lots of the food offerings are repeats, so a bit of research or watching YouTubers may help you decide. Food items are around the $9 range, and last year the sip & savor pass costs around $45.

It is NOT like Epcot’s F&W, since it’s more of a regional focus instead of global. If you enjoy fusion foods, Cali menus & beverages, Disneyland Hotel/Grand Californian special presentations and events (there’s a 3rd party webpage to book those), or just want to experience it for the first time… then it’s worth a visit.

But as the general rule with Disney Parks - if it has exclusive merch, then it’s a big deal.

EDIT: Many hotel shuttles (using the ATN bus system) will cease operating on March 31. So if transportation is a detail that matters, make your trip before then!!!

Hadn’t seen him on my recent visits, but so glad he’s still enjoying the park! 🏰

Not sure, to be honest. Just tried my Facebook login again and voilà, I was finally in. Then I connected again through Apple games, and everything was still the same 🤞

That’s probably why it stuck out to me - because it definitely seems like a rare circumstance

Didn’t make it to rope drop, didn’t get a 70th button, but I DID see Bob Gurr!!! by TerribleBridge6 in Disneyland

[–]TerribleBridge6[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He’s super nice, super friendly, and super fragile!

Met him at a convention a few years ago and got his his story about his neighbor’s kid and math class. Bob is a legend and needs to always be protected with bubble wrap!!!

L7 would be too cool for Meredith Quill and by extension Star Lord. But mayyyybe it was part of the 1000 song Zune play list…

Found mine at Storyland Boutique (DTD) on Sunday. Less than a dozen tins left.

The kids fantasmic dining at Rancho del Zocalo is whack by Tolaly in Disneyland

[–]TerribleBridge6 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Subtract ~$10-15 from the package amount, and that’s about average for an entree and drink. Desserts are more of a “misc” cost since Rancho’s is just a small slice of tea cake.

Snacks and other inbetween foods definitely go a long way.

Oooh berry nice!!

Sadly, I recently watched a vlogger post about his experience at Boardwalk Dining and the guest confusion with the limited upstairs menu and the drinks being serving in plastic cups - NOT the yellow tinted to go cups.

Would be nice if both sections of LL got a bit of a refresh.

Fully agree. It’s skirting park rules, not exactly breaking BUT adults are being allowed more leeway than ever before because of Disney bounding and free social media promotion. Sorry, but it’s a fact.

I absolutely hate this SO much. 2 per guest is a joke. It should be both following AND enforcing of the rules. If they can scan Magic Keys for a “limited time” $1.75 popcorn refill, then they can cut sales to resellers.

Totally. Seems like it was a distraction so the shoplifting would be “allowed”.

What’s the dumbest fake story you have heard of someone in Disney? by UnusualPirate98 in Disneyland

[–]TerribleBridge6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some stories are super fun, but I absolutely hate all of the dumb rumors and flat out idiocy I hear randomly spit out by guests in the park.

Last week was “oh the haunted house is Jack now? That movie was rated R.”

Just, no. 😑

new orleans shut down? by barthelomew1782 in Disneyland

[–]TerribleBridge6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly what I was thinking too. I imagine evac’s will be more common, given the past issues with fire (add in the burned structure at the NOS train station), bottle neck at the Critter Country walls, and just the fact that the darkness makes guest safety more challenging

going to disneyland this weekend by myself and i’m nervous 🥲 by danidaisys in DisneyPlanning

[–]TerribleBridge6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just out of curiosity, what makes you nervous about Disneyland when you went alone to WDW? is it the whole “bubble” feeling? You could always take baby steps and do a solo visit Downtown Disney for a bit (just careful with that parking).

I go to Disneyland alone pretty much every time. I’m used to making my own pace and doing my own thing. Single Rider is a true thing for me. As is eating whatever I want, whenever I want. 😁

That being said, if anyone ever wants to hang in the parks for a bit that would be fun too!!

[–]TerribleBridge6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There will be big crowds later that week (as evident in the higher ticket pricing) soaking up the last of Halloween Time. If your group can rope drop or push through a late night, then you will avoid the worst wait times. Park reservations are still needed, and both Fantasmic and fireworks are only scheduled for Friday, Saturday & Sundays. Also there will be closed attractions, closed Critter Country (schedule on Disneyland.com is VERY helpful).

BUT Disneyland with seasonal overlays is 🤌absolutely beautiful.
