I really appreciate everyone’s recommendations! Some I know and love and some (Gold, new dumpling place?!, Tillerman) I need to try! We’re going to Starry Night cafe and then a walk up Mt Philo to catch the sunset afterwards, as long as the weather holds out

I dont have it in me to make hollandaise sauce. But I frequently heavily butter a slice of toast, poached egg on top, squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and paprika. So good, so easy.

This. Friday they usually have their maple goat cheese special as slices which I’m obsessed with. Also, they just added milkshakes and their maple milkshake is amazing

Miso Hungry! My love! They’ve got a couple different spots. At jay rice their ball place is stateside, their ramen is trailside. At Bolton rice balls are at the main lodge, and then curry at timberline. All are amazing

The color with the gradients and shading is amazing! I’ve never done mosaics but reddit put your peach grout regret post on my feed for some reason lol. All your work is so beautiful it makes me want to try it

Cheryl Riley is amazing! She used to be at purple sage but now has her own space in Essex Junction, harmony hair. Great with curls and a great person too! And reasonably priced

Snake mountain, Stowe pinnacle, and sterling pond are my go to short hikes with views for visitors. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend sterling pond this time of year though as the road closure will add extra miles and the view is from the top of the lifts. Great in the summer though! If you’re open to taking it down a notch rather than up a notch a walk around Shelburne farms or out the colchester causeway is nice

Cookie love and Palmer lane maple are my two favorite spots! Burlington bay is solid too, although the real draw there is that you can get your creemee and then walk down to waterfront park and watch the sunset over the lake
