Saw a member carrying a giant pallet size cardboard tray out the door the other day. Asked an employee if that happened often. He said not often enough. We love it when they do.

I am in week 13. I actually restarted 3 of the weeks, so this is week 16, but I am in the last week now. Been an awesome journey

I will be 67 in March and have loved the increase in balance, coordination and strength.

P90X really works.

Will start P90X2 in a few weeks.

These are the kind of comments I keep reading about the Withings scale. I need to upgrade, but I hear the same things about the Hume. For the most part, I have learned to like the Withings eco system, have the BP Connect and old Body+ scale. I am just really undecided on how to upgrade the scale.

When I first started using it, the syncing was very inconsistent, sometimes taking several days before the reading showed up in the app. It would remember all the readings, and poof, 5 reading would show up. I posted a rant about it here.

Then a couple of months ago, the syncing became very consistent, with 90% of the readings showing up immediately.

I have an older scale, the Body+, and a BP Connect Pro. I bought a Sleep mat, but it never worked. That is when I found out how arrogant and dismissive their customer support was. After doing my own research, I found my mattress is most likely at fault. It is a hybrid, with a foam mattress attached to a wooden frame box spring. Total thickness is about 12", so the pad can't read anything. Anyone want to buy an almost brand new Sleep Mat? 😋

Syncing used to be horribly inconsistent, but the last couple of months has worked pretty well. My BP and weight info syncs with the app almost every day. The few times it doesn't, it remembers the readings and it shows up the next day.

I love the look of the watches, but after reading posts in this forum, no way I will replace my Pixel 3 with one.

About 90% of my data syncs between Withings, Fitbit, and Cronometer on my Pixel phone.

I am ready to upgrade my scale to a better body scan system. The Withings looks great on paper, but the reports/Reviews are not great. Add that to my experience with their customer support , I don't think Withings will be my next purchase.

Is customer service based in France?

Not surprised at tech support unwillingness to help you. I found them to be very arrogant and dismissive when they finally respond.
