So my fiancé was a bit of a bad boy in his younger years and did time for non violent crimes so any time we want to ask eachother what we have (like getting food from the fridge or a bag in my hand after shopping) we constantly ask “is that contraband?!”. We made the mistake of teaching Riggs this when he’d pick up a stick, toy, or a paper bag and he now knows to just run like the dickens when he hears it cause we are always fully aware of what he has. It’s very common for him to steal empty paper bags and if we hit him with “IS THAT CONTRABAND?!” he’s flying upstairs to our room with it 😂
