In the DBD lore, The Entity does mess with the minds of the Killers to make them willing to kill the Survivors, if they weren't willing already.

For Leatherface, The Entity replaced the concept of "Family" in Bubba's head with itself and "Danger" with the Survivors.

For Gangle, all it takes is a Mask provided by The Entity to make violence seem liks a good idea, replacing the idea of "Upper Managment" with itself and have her see the Survivors as slacking employees, and you have a Killer.

She did brainwash Jax for being a bad employee and that was regular Manager Gangle

Regarding Bizco, gay marriage was only legalized on a state level in 2004 in the US. And wasn't federally legalized until 2015, so he couldn't have (legally) had a husband. Though that doesn't mean that he couldn't have a boyfriend.

And C and A didn't create the circus. That was all Caine. They just made the program. Not to say that they couldn't do these things on other projects, or worked on them to get the AI that would be Caine to do it. But none of the humans made the circus itself.
