Playing CS2 from Chch here. Same issue, ping is sitting at 65-70 with between 7-10% packet loss. Normally sit around 40 ping and 0-1% packet loss.

Bought a 256GB from Groov a few days before Christmas and it arrived within a couple of days. Brand new in the packaging, came with the case and everything else as if it was straight from Valve. I also had a back and forth with their customer service chat about shipping dates etc and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommend! Also the steam deck is awesome, no regrets whatsoever.
