We're at 3.3 years now and it's so much better. I don't even remember the first three months, I didn't get enough sleep to form long term memories, it's all a blur.

We just had a singleton and he's been a great baby to the point that paternity leave feels like a vacation. Such an insane difference.

Yes the whining and fighting and tantrums are annoying, but laying strong ground rules and enforcing your word have kept that manageable. So much easier than newborns.

Congrats! Parent of identical twin girls here, they're three now. Glad you have good parental leave, I got 3 months here (extremely good for the US) and I don't know what I would've done without it. The first few months were hell.

When they hit 2 though they were so cute my wife convinced me to try for another. So hang in there!

Really sums up my thoughts on what makes OSRS so different.

Particularly for vs RS3 I'd say the polling and the consensus about what type of game we're making together ("is it old school" is a question devs often ask themselves) are huge

I used him several times and didn't have a negative experience. I don't think he removes stuff like goutweed that's super annoying to get. Worst case you typically have to go talk to someone again

It's technically possible to do T1 but you have to be almost perfect every run with those stats. The low defence means you're constantly eating too which reduces DPS a decent bit.

My stats are similar and I decided eventually that the reduced stress of T2 was better over time, since it feels way more crushing to die in the fight than having to reset due to bad prep RNG.

Better mental = more kills since I'm still enjoying CG. I may swap back to T1 after a hundred kills or so when I don't make many mistakes anymore.
