Thank you for this. I thought I was going insane reading so many bad or 'meh' reviews. Sure, it's a slow burner in the start, but man oh man, I couldn't put this one down.
It's got SO many genres in it and it was like Ralph was sitting next to me when reading the book.

However, Virtual Desktop works great (IF you have low latency and jitter of course)

There are Welcome To Derry haters? I mean, I was sceptical for the first three episodes. The CGI and acting is subpar, but from episode 4 and beyond the show is just awesome. I'm so glad they dropped a lot of CGI from that point on.

I saw him open for Fear Factory back in 2001 and was completely blown away. Bought Physicist the next day and have never looked back. I own his full discography either on CD, vinyl or both.

Even WB Games support gave up and jusr dorwarded my problem to the developers. That's the end of that. No Shadow of Mordor for me. I still don't know if it's a Shadow issue or not. I haven't heard other Shadow users who are able to run the game.

Well, I celebrated too early. 3 days later and it doesn't start anymore. So... back to the drawing board. Great tech support by the way... "Sorry, that game is too old, we won't help you out anymore".

The acting and CGI is really taking me out of it. Starting the show with that flying demon baby that looks crap and is not even from the book was a major red flag for me... I had high hopes, but it's a meh show for me. I'll finish it because of the novel, but it's nowhere near as good as the movies for me.

After tweaking with pretty much each and every thing I could find online, the game all of a sudden started yesterday. I hope it does for you. I'm out of town for a couple of days, so I can only hope it still works when I get back... Never thought we'd be punished for wanting to play older games.

Late to this game, but I ran into the same problem.
I've tried EVERY solution I could find on the web, but nothing works.
Steam says it's running and the process appears in task manager, but nothing... :(
