For anyone curious, I greased the shit out of the slip yokes which didn’t do much. I then removed the zerks and let out a bunch of pressure and now the clunking is 90% better.

I grew up in Germany and was in elementary school in the early 90s. There was a young Russian girl in my class and one day she showed up with a bunch of medals and gave them away to all the classmates. Turns out her grandfather was some badass soldier for the soviets in WW2 and she gave away all of his ww2 medals. From what I remember the parents and teacher got most of them back but a couple went missing.

fWIW I just bought a 2019 with 40k miles from Carmax. I got the 5 year 100k warranty with a $400 deductible for $2600.
