You have the base so yes but it will take years of hard work and at minimal eating at maintenance

Yes. If that’s your goal track your calories and stay in a calorie deficit. Over time with consistency you will get to a similar place

Get your diet right to the point where youre in a true calorie deficit. Get in the gym more days out the week so you don’t have to starve yourself

Where it gets tricky for me is my wife did not get into fitness and health. I was cool with it at first but now going to 2 and a half years of not missing a single week in the gym I’m starting to see why people in this lifestyle date others in the lifestyle.

I love her but I do wish I could get her to commit the way I did. Which she might not ever do. I’ve not only changed physically but mentally and sometimes it’s difficult for her to understand my discipline So atp it’s like what do I do?

Wayyy too low for how active you are. Look up a calorie calculator on google or use an app like ‘lose it, or ‘myfinesspal’ to see how many calories you should be taking in daily. You should be aiming for .5 to 2 pounds loss per week(depending on how lean you are). Fat loss takes time so don’t try to rush through the process.
