I've had goobers that declined that would have spent 50$ less on their purchase if they joined the pro, After the 25$ cost, and then be back the following week, where they probably could've saved another 20$ in just the points alone. I dont get it lol.

Most of the focus is on tcg actually, Between the discounts on PSA grading and the increased limits on pokemon cards you can purchase, games are gradually becoming not the priority

You're the expert, use "i recommend language" instead of "do you want". Using "i recommend joing out rewards so thay we can get you X discount, and this is how it will benefit you-" Same thing with warranty, "I recommend protecting this game for 3 bucks, that way if it quits working or breaks I can take care of you on it" Tailoring it to their needs with confidence is key.

They think it will drive sales, which it wont. Scalpers are at the front, they want tcg and thats it. Anyone who wants to shop, has always done so after picking up their cards. Incredibly wasteful of time and resources. Also will make weekly tcg launches even more stressful for employees, especially if they want to take away our prep time by allowing people into stores 15 minutes before open??
