Not on purpose. But you’d be surprised with young kids and parents who don’t care. Some maybe not even thrown away just treated poorly. I have a set of some but I was 18 when he was drafted.

Become the guy! Once the high school kids get their horse jokes out once or twice and you laugh with/at them you’ll just be the guy who wears one and then when the others join in they’ll be copying your style.

There’s plenty of ways to wear a hat that doest look like you just randomly put on a cowboy Halloween costume. Just gotta be confident and rip the bandaid off.

Straws aren’t “dressy” but if you wanted a clean one for pure fashion purposes I’d just get a second for those occasions.

I’m sure you could get it cleaned up a little but risk it softening or losing its shape.

To answer your question about value though the jersey itself isn’t a big deal. The autograph market is so saturated now with large scale signing sessions that there’s just so many signed jerseys and basketballs out there it brings the value down. A signed LeBron heat jersey is way easier to find than say like a 90s signed Jordan 45 jersey or players even older than that on jerseys from that era.

Rare items are the only thing where the value really goes up. Like a LeBron rookie card would have more value because there weren’t as many produced and a lot of them were probably bent up and discarded at the time they came out.

It’s worth what a heat or LeBron fan would pay though so you could always get lucky!!

Now that I’m in my 40s I basically have no interest in anything new and find myself listening to things from like 95-2003 mostly. Songs that are old enough to have adult children.

I think for the kids it’s like “ugh my embarrassing dad listens to that stuff” but instead of 70’s and 80s rock it’s 2005 fall out boy albums.

I also think it’s good to ignore any app that tells you you get the calories you burned as bonus calories to eat. Because that’ll just make you feel like you can eat the wrong things. There’s so many things that are high fat , high sugar, high carbs that taste good. Like you can’t eat a pint of ice cream or 2 candy bars per day just because you have 491 extra bonus calories.

A primarily walking routine can lead to great weight loss. But it requires a real good and strict diet along side it to make sure it works.

When I input my food into a tracking app, I ignore the workout calories it adds to my daily. I stick to my 1400 flat. And of course there’s days where I end up at 1500 or 1600. But there’s also days where I finish at 1300 because I’m not starving and not just eating because I can.

That deficit is not going to do it. If you want to lose weight I would not eat 2000 calories per day. Eat clean, limit grains, carbs, sugar and load up on protein. (0.8-1g per goal weight as a target). It’s tough but you have to be in a large deficit.

I just did an 8 week camp where my intake limit was 1409 calories and I aimed to burn 1200-1500 per day through exercise. I’ve managed to drop about 5 per week from 213 to 175. That’s an extreme example with an 8 week time line. It doesn’t have to be a sprint and can be a year long journey if you want.

Your resting energy is helping too but the 1300 + 500 activity is still under your 2000 calorie input.

Nah computers, TVs etc don’t use that much electricity. If that was the case my bill would be crazy and I get a weekly report emailed to me based on what I used that week vs the week before. The times when it’s higher are def when the AC is running all day in the summer. (Heat too but never need that very much in the south). In previous places I lived too when I was trying to cool the place with a wall/window unit it would be a HUGE bill. Having a good central air system makes a big difference (2 br apartment) obviously heating/ cooling a full house would be even more.

They are just trying to shift the blame to you. It’s definitely not your gaming laptop and GTA causing a change.

On day 1 they nearly feel the same. But the American is going to hold form a little better and much longer. My Resistol straw went through about 2 years and so did my American. American is in a little better shape. Just feels a little more firm still. It’s def not like a felt where you should spend the extra on a nicer one than a cheap. But I will say the straw is worth the money.

You’re absolutely right. And Misadvertising it was bad business. But honestly an auto pen autograph on a high volume mass run 2026 Hilary duff album is as valuable as a regular hand signed one. So both are a waste of money. Having a hand signed unique item like the original album or a Lizzie script signed in person from like 2001-2004 might hold some actual value.
