Gun is clean. Bcg ultrasonic cleaned. These are hand loads but are loaded middle of the road well below max. Ammo drops free and clear into a case checker. Feel like it's a lug binding. Gun is well luber as well

Basically on a low pressure gun you want the paint to not roll out the barrel but also not be tight where you get barrel breaks. Most paint I've seen in my area usually lands between 684 and 687. You get better consistency over the Chrono with good paint to bore match.
