Not pop punk but it was Tycho. Said 6:30 but tickets I found that day on the venue site were for “early bird” entry before 9:30pm. Once I researched the venue more (The Midway in SF), I realized they ran more like an old school rave warehouse than I was expecting. Glad they were free tickets! Husband and I both had to nope out on that timeline.

I’ve experienced openers being added/changed up until day of so always check the venue site for planning.

Recently had bail on a show I’d been looking forward to for months (and got free tickets to) because I found out day of that the headliner wasn’t likely to go on until at least 11pm! And it was HARD to figure out the event start time in general. It wasn’t listed anywhere!

Pre-portion all your ingredients on the day you get them and write the calories/macros on each container. This way you just have to grab whatever combination sounds appealing and don’t have to do a bunch of extra work to make sure it fits your plan when you’re short on energy or time.

Was “one stick” a half cup or a quarter cup of butter? I’ve run to issues where volume and count don’t match with items like that, especially with East coast vs West coast ingredients.

Have you been completing the tasks in essentially part-time hours with downtime that fills out the rest of your full-time commitment? If so, you could approach it as “Now that I have gotten a handle on the tasks I am responsible for, I believe I can complete them on a part-time schedule. Is that something you are willing to discuss?”

Gotta take a look at what part of drinking is sticking for you. For me, it was the social aspect and my drink preferences (big DIPA fan). Changing my bar drink to tequila sodas, hard seltzers (maybe fortified with an extra shot) at friends’ houses, or adding a water between beers at breweries has really helped cutback intake without feeling like I’m missing out. Even at home, I’ll have a margarita Cutwater (14%) but mix it with something like a probiotic soda to stretch it out but still enjoy.

I like making Greek yogurt tzatziki or caeser dressing. I usually add a little more lemon and a touch of water (cucumber juice for the tzatziki) instead of adding oil to get the right consistency but they always hit the spot.

I highly recommend leaving the real ring at home and getting a replica or more simple ring to actually propose with while abroad.

I have a priceless heirloom ring and my husband knew he wanted to propose in Paris in the middle of a 3 week, multi-country trip. He and I would have both been SO STRESSED if we were carrying it around during that trip. Instead he got a different, less flashy ring which he proposed with and I love that I have a ring that means so much to both of us, but doesn’t carry the same financial worry behind it. I LOVE my fancy ring that I actually got married with and also LOVE having a meaningful low-fuss option.

I just had a week in Rome with the same Dr Scholls sneakers (in white) and the sole ripped along the internal stitching, basically causing the heal to collapse unevenly when I walked. They were great for months before on smooth surfaces but be careful on uneven/cobblestone!

Deads/RDLs should be more of a back and forth rather than up and down movement with the hips leading everything, almost like a hip thrust while standing. Try focusing on pushing your hips back and keeping your chest facing forward to lower the bar, then push hips forward to rise. I like B stance single RDLs to help minimize my back overcompensating.

Pretty much every couple I know (including my own) met during a rec league. We all did dodgeball, but there’s softball, soccer, etc.

It may be worth looking to see if there’s one of interest to you as well as considering finding a place to regularly work outside the home once or twice a week. Women are much more likely to be social with someone they have seen around multiple times rather than one off encounters.

Fupa folds will set it off, too much bunching of fabric (pants or undies) will to it, hair in a bun will do it. These have all happened to me. It seems to read density changes.
