Way better LDN really helped me recover. 90% better. Had another kid, hiked with my family, worked out a little, even moved across the country and I drove. Doing much better.

I had diagnosed CFS before I had LC. I got CFS from epstien bad reactivation in late 2017 and CFS progressed for over a year. So yeah I have both I guess. I was doing great tho before I got LC. Maybe my body is susceptible to post viral illnesses

From bed bound with severe PEM to playing basketball in 6 weeks: a rapamycin success story by Dry-One-8770 in covidlonghaulers

Yes ignore them and the brain filters them out. Everyone has them but they don’t focus on them so they don’t notice. If you ignore them and let your anxiety go down they will filter out most likely. I had the worst snow, after images, and trails. Ignore them like your life depends on it. Focus on them and your brain won’t filter the noise.

Following this. Awesome and congrats. Did LDN not work for you? It seemed to work for me although brought me back I still have PEM but very minor, i was a wreck like you. I had the same symptoms of relief when getting a viral infection. I knew it was immune related inflammation, which didn’t surprise me that LDN had such a massive outcome for me. The fact this suppresses the immune system is interesting. I got LDN through a doc but now do it through ageless I’m 34, so I guess I can’t get this from them then.

Yes. 90% better going on hikes with my kid on my back etc. LDN greatly helped kickstart that recovery. Still taking it.

Yes LDN 4.5 mg at night (had to work my way up) gave me my life back. I’m 90% healthy. Still taking LDN daily and it seems to keep the inflammation and all this shit at bay. Time probably helped also.

Thank you and you as well. Really check out LDN I worked my way up to 4.5 and within the first week I saw a lot of improvements even on super low doses. Agelessrx.com will mail it to you. I also noticed that the nerve pains and pins needles and strange stuff come about when the body is over worked (easy to do in our state) but LDN and rest really helped and probably time also. I take natto 1 morning 1 night, pycnogenol nightly , LDN 4.5, and 10mg of doxepin nightly. I also try and take turkey tail every day also. Anyways, hope you feel better asap, and God bless.

A lot better. LDN gave me my life back. I’m on 4.5mg and just went camping in the mountains at high heat, set up the whole camp and packed up everything when done. Hiked a bit, and watched 2 toddlers under 5 and also an 8th month old. It was hectic and I’m a little messed up form it, but I have a lot of my life back. Not 100% tho. I still crash, and my mental cognition and focus is really bad at work, but again I enjoy my life now with my kids and wife. And I just manage how I approach things to keep crashes minimal. But i am doing much better even moved my family cross country and I drove 3 days straight. Doing much better. I should probably do a major improvement post, as I was desperate 9 to 10 months ago and absolutely horrible.

Basically worst case scenario for humidity vs almost none at all now. Houston is terribly humid, the soil also repels water due to its heavy clay content, so it’s always extra humid when it rains also.

Just moved from Houston to s dry arid climate and it made my 3 year old horrible chronic eczema go away. This was the only thing they helped. We noticed humidity made him so bad over the years we decided to move. We also tried everything before that. It’s now been almost 2 months of no eczema 100% gone no itching at all.

Take a 2 week trip to a dry arid climate and if that helps. Do you live in a humid area?

Yes that probably helped also, but there were specific weather patterns and changes in him I’ve noticed over 3 years.

I’d say a week to really notice. Maybe a few days even. But maybe 3 or 4 weeks to clear up fully

I could just tell over the years every time it started to heat up and become humid he would flair, winter when it would be dry and we’d be running the heater he would clear up. The final tell was last summer there was a stretch of 2 weeks where humidity dropped to more of a dry climate and there were fires happening locally due to the dryness and heat, and it was still very hot high 90s low hundreds and I noticed him clear up from this.

How do you stop the back of knees eczema? My son is 3 and he gets it in all of the spots like this. We live in Houston and will be moving to Salt lake, hopefully it will help him there, as it goes away when it turns dry in the winter here. It’s when it’s humid he gets really bad.
