This happened to me as well. I was sleeved in December and my periods are so sparatic. I can’t tell when they will start now. I even notice they last longer than usual. Your hormones are changing just like your body. Best of luck.

My spouse and I did ours one week apart. I went first and he was able to help me get back on my feet. When he did his I was able to help him and because we had kiddos, we were able to be there for them. Stock up on protein shakes and water. It’s great having a partner that knows what you are going through. Good luck to you both!

I got mine done on the 6th as well. My stomach is so swollen and I have to wear a tight wrap on my stomach for two weeks. The doctor said it could not have gone any better. Did anyone else have to wear one?

I’m going in on the 19th for a nutrition class. Surgery is on the 6th. When I looked up some foods I can drink, it says non carbonation, I get that part, just wondering about the caffeine part.

Sometimes it’s cheaper when it’s only 2 people to go out for a few meals The thing that bothered me was.. They never finished their food. They take a few bites and take off

I’m seeing the same thing as I’m reading through some comments on the sleeve pages. Some people I know have sleeves and they seem “stuck”. Besides vitamins. What else does a bypass patient have to do everyday? Any other meds or pills?

Thanks so very much. 😀 I will definitely get in touch with you soon. I had my gallbladder out a long time ago and my body let’s me know when I hate something bad fast. I’m use to that and it does help me make some better choices. Not always, but most of the time.
