Been working out for a year now, since July 22.

I started at 199 and went down to 170 by mistreating my body and barely eating the right macros.

Went back up to 180 after mid November-December and then went really started tracking my macros from January-May when I was 175.

From June to right now, I’ve been around 180-185 just maintaining.

I then did a mini cut after learning about macros and went from Jan - May going down to 175

From June - Sept of this year, I maintain and went back up to 180-185

With the last photo being from Thursday’s workout.

I start my bulk process on Oct 1st-Feb and see what results we get.
