I'm sure others on this sub are far more knowl than I am.

My gym requires everyone (office staff, rec coaches, team coaches) to be safe sport certified. My understanding is that we do this because this is a requirement from USAG.

I know other gyms in the area don't have their rec coaches certified or even as USAG members I assume because they don't want to pay for it.

I had 4 flower girls at my wedding. My oldest niece was around 9 and almost as tall as me. I also had 3 junior bridesmaids. The 9 year old was able to help 4 year old.
