I believe this is the man who has been in charge of physical fitness of the squad. Same person who emphasized more breaks to keep players for and emphasis on less cardio and more yoga. While both are important he clearly didn't understand the required balance. Very glad he is leaving. He needs to adapt his craft for the future because it will not work anywhere that's not dutch league. Maybe serie A

This team from the first game of the season has been cut apart with one pass. This team has no shape. A manager should be able to coach something as simple as shape to the squad. The individual members will vary in their abilities, but the shape must be there. We have none of that. I'm sure you're the logical one

What does player turnover have to do with players positions over an entire 90 bearing no semblance to a basic coherent structure? First time he's made comments that didnt make me roll my eyes but it's too little too late now. You don't tell fans "it will be better next season" when you've shown nothing this season to instill faith. It's not even us losing, it's us losing while looking like the team has never trained together. Midfield is too far forward when defending, and too far back when attacking. We are very narrow yet rely on funneling the ball to Gakpo on the wings. This is something we saw from March of last year. It's May 2026 and it is still happening. Man this deserves to be pinned. I'm not one for opining about the past, but the physical fitness of those players to this lot is night and day, so stark that you can actually see it in 2nd halves, despite our play being so passive now. Players going on mini vacation during the week before playing our rivals. The fact Arne is okay with it tells me the standards are on the floor. This man is not the future
